Consultations:

Legal Action Workshop offers consultations for divorce, family law, bankruptcy, estate planning and probate. Consultations with the attorney can help the client understand his/her legal matter and avoid costly mistakes.

Transfer Deeds:

A transfer deed is the method by which an individual can add or subtract persons to ownership of real property. This usually occurs in the divorce proceeding through an interposal transfer deed. Transfer deeds are also used to include family members as owners of real property.

Legal Action Workshop fee: $200 plus recording fee

Answers to Select Lawsuits:

If you are sued in a civil lawsuit, we can prepare an answer to protect your rights.  This will give you time to find appropriate counsel for your lawsuit.  We can also provide answers to an Unlawful Detainer, which will give you time to find another place to live.

Answer to lawsuit:  $350 up (filing fees additional)

Answer to Unlawful Detainer:  $300 (filing fees additional)
