Stephen has been involved in storefront law and lawyer advertising since his admission to the Bar in 1977. Early in his career, while in Northern California, he helped develop a systemized method of handling cases in a volume practice.

In 1978, Stephen moved to Los Angeles and helped develop the Legal Action Workshop concept at L.A.W.'s first storefront office in Sherman Oaks. The concept provided low cost legal services in three main areas: attorney-assisted law (in pro per), document preparation and full representation.

Stephen developed a love of working with ordinary people and helping them solve their legal issues quickly and cost effectively. He incorporated a flat fee 'in pro per' or 'partial representation' model as an alternative to full legal representation. This created a standardized approach to Attorney-assisted (in pro per) law, and a unique Attorney-assisted practice. The practice grew and now Stephen has four offices in Los Angeles County, with plans to open more offices throughout California. In addition, Legal Action Workshop is now able to help clients in the areas of divorce, legal separation and annulment as well as paternity actions and Orders to Show Cause, bankruptcy as well as estate planning throughout California due to the ease of internet use.

From Stephen's office in Culver City, he helps people in the surrounding cities of Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Compton and Inglewood.  From his offices in Glendale, he helps people in the surrounding areas of Pasadena, Burbank, Palmdale, Lancaster as well as the San Fernando Valley such as Sherman Oaks, Studio City and Van Nuys.  Stephen also has many clients that he does not see in person, as he helps them by phone and email.  These clients live throughout California.  Stephen has a consultation by phone with them, then all paperwork is emailed and sent back to him as needed.  Papers are filed in the counties in California where the client resides.  In this way, matters such as Divorce, Annulments, Legal Separations, Paternity Actions as well as changes to court orders can be handled.  Likewise, when clients need wills, trusts or powers of attorney, Mr. Drucker can help in the same way. 

Many of our clients who require a Probate reside throughout the United States or in other parts of the world.  They may have had a relative who passed away in Los Angeles County which is the location of the deceased property.  In this case, we can handle the Probate and take it through the court system in Los Angeles County.  Again, we speak with these clients by phone and email or send the required documents as needed.
