Levels of Service

We provide four levels of legal services at a reasonable cost, so you can decide which option is the most appropriate for your needs.

1. Attorney-Assisted Law: Our lawyers will advise you, as well as prepare, file and serve the necessary documents for one low, flat fee in most cases. Our attorneys will oversee your divorce, annulment or paternity action and counsel you throughout the process.

2. Limited Scope: We also offer partial or limited scope assistance in the courtroom for one low, flat fee. Our attorneys will do as much or as little as is necessary to help you resolve your legal matter using our flat fee model. In essence, our attorneys can go to court with you for a low, flat fee!

3. Document Preparation: Our lawyers will draft documents such as: wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as deed transfers for a low, flat fee. They will also prepare family law documents such as: Orders to Show Cause, Trial Briefs, Restraining Orders, Responses to Divorce, Responses to Paternity, Stipulations, Subpoenas and more, all for one low, flat fee. Most importantly, you can be assured the documents are legally correct and will go through the court system in an efficient and professional manner.

4. Full Representation: In some areas of law, it may be necessary or desirable to have full representation by a lawyer.

In family law, we'll provide these services at a reasonable hourly rate, plus a retainer. We'll take care of the paperwork and will appear with you in court.

For probate, full representation means your attorney does all of the paperwork and filing, and represents you in court. Fees are usually based on the court approved fees for the value of estate.

For bankruptcy, full representation means that your attorney does all of the paperwork and filing, and appears with you at the hearing. The bankruptcy fee is a simple flat fee.
