In California, you need legal grounds in order to file for Annulment. An example of legal grounds is fraud that goes to the heart of the marriage. Your attorney will let you know if you have grounds to file for Annulment. In most counties, a court appearance is necessary for an Annulment. Some counties do allow for a Declaration in lieu of a court appearance. An Annulment can be completed in as little as 3 months. An Annulment would void the marriage as if it never took place

You or your spouse must be a resident of California to file (must live in California for at least 6 months and in the county for at least 3 months).

Note:  If, after purchase, you decide to cancel your order and not have a consultation with the attorney, you will get a full refund upon request.  If you have had a consultation with the attorney and state to the attorney that you do not wish to proceed, you will get a refund based on the amount paid minus $50 for the consultation. If after the consultation with the attorney, you decide to proceed with your legal matter any refunds later requested will be considered based on the work that was done.  No request for a refund will be honored after 30 days.
