What is an Order to Show Cause and when would I file it?

An Order to Show Cause in an initial filing expedites the hearing date for various issues such as child custody, visitation and support, spousal support, temporary use and possession of property and temporary debt payments. In addition, Orders to Show Cause can modify prior orders and prevent or allow the permanent relocation of children.

 

Can I get my license back after not paying child support?
