I am looking for legal assistance for my divorce. Can you please share some detail on what all services you provide? Is it only paperwork that you help with or will you provide me with attorney to fight my case too?

We are a law firm so our attorneys would give you legal advice and oversight throughout the case. Once you meet with the attorney, we would prepare the paperwork, the filing and normal service by mail. If you think that your husband will fight you then you may want him process served as we do need the proof of service. If your husband responds when served you will need to go to court. The attorney will advise you as to the process and what happens when the divorce is contested and what are your options. We can also represent you in court for a flat fee. Most importantly, we do not charge you an hourly and retainer--we offer low flat fees!
