We offer 2 fees for divorces with children. One is $850 and the other is $599. The lower fee is for those who wish to purchase online and pay the full fee. Whichever payment you choose, the process is the same--you would speak with the attorney for legal advice and to understand your legal options. We would then give you questionnaires and once complete, we would turn these into the legal docs to file your divorce. The next steps are the serving of your spouse and then an agreement if that is the wish of both parties.
