I've been served with divorce papers--should I respond?

You have 30 days to respond when served. We suggest that you respond in order to protect your legal rights. Once you respond, you are 'in the case' and then can complete the divorce if your spouse does not do so. You can also agree with your spouse on issues and not go to court. A consultation with the attorney will help you to understand your legal rights and your options. Give us a call!
