Read more: Legal Action Workshop compared to a Document Service

There are many differences between Legal Action Workshop and a document service. Legal Action Workshop is:1. a law firm
2. has Attorneys
3. can give legal advice, prepare documents, oversee the case and complete the process
4. can go to court if needed
5. is overseen by the California State Bar

When compared to the above, a document service only prepares documents. These documents may or may not be prepared correctly.

Legal Action Workshop offers low flat fees that are very comparable to those of document services, but you get a whole lot more!

It sounds like you would need to have an attorney send a letter demanding to see the trust. It would also be a good idea to have a realtor print the deed to the property to see if the ownership of the property is still in the name of the trust. We do not send out these demand letters so it would be best to speak to a probate attorney in your area who can do this.
      Hope this helps!
