Legal Action Workshop is a California-based law firm that has been preparing Living Trusts for over 30 years. Our experienced attorneys have completed thousands of Trusts for a low flat fee.
In California, a Trust avoids Probate. Probate is the process whereby the property of a deceased person is transferred to heirs. Probate can be costly and time consuming, whereas a Trust is a low flat fee and allows the transfer of property to beneficiaries to occur in an easy and quick manner.
We prepare your Trust to suit your specific situation.
When you purchase our Living Trust here's what you get:
|
Legal Action Workshop will call you to schedule your consultation with the Attorney within one business day of purchase.
Our highly experienced Estate Planning Attorneys can prepare your Trust no matter where you live in California.
* Recording and notarization fees are additional
** This Trust package includes a maximum of 2 properties and 2 transfer deeds; if there are more properties additional fees will apply
A Trust in California avoids the substantial cost and time associated with a Probate. A Trust allows the property and/ or assets of a deceased person to be transferred to those entitled to receive the assets in a matter of days or weeks.
Other names for a Trust are a Living Trust or Revocable Trust. Both of these Trusts will avoid Probate. A Revocable Trust allows you to amend or terminate the Trust at any time you choose, as opposed to an Irrevocable Trust, which cannot be changed.
Note: If, after purchase, you decide to cancel your order and not have a consultation with the attorney, you will get a full refund upon request. If you have had a consultation with the attorney and state to the attorney that you do not wish to proceed, you will get a refund based on the amount paid minus $50 for the consultation. If after the consultation with the attorney, you decide to proceed with your legal matter any refunds later requested will be considered based on the work that was done. No request for a refund will be honored after 30 days.
