Our Easy Process

"As you are well aware, a divorce can be a very stressful time and I was so afraid the process would be grueling.  Thank you so much for your calming attitude, timeliness, thoroughness and for always being so prompt in getting back to me...

I would highly recommend your services to others...

...thank you for making me feel like I am your only client."

  • Step 1: Consultation with one of our experienced Attorneys who will advise you and answer your legal questions. Consultation will be scheduled within one business day of your purchase.

  • Step 2: After you fill out our simple questionnaire, Legal Action Workshop files your divorce.

  • Step 3: We help serve your spouse and complete your divorce.

If your spouse does not file a response, we will ensure the completion of your divorce. If your spouse files a response, we can still help you. The Attorney will explain your flat fee options.

If you have children and can agree on custody, visitation and support, or if you have property issues and can agree on the division of the property, you can avoid a court appearance by signing a Marital Settlement Agreement. Your Attorney will explain your flat fee options.

You OR your spouse must be Residents of California to file.

(Residency is defined as living in the State for 6 months and the County for 3 months.)
