To file a Paternity Action one or both parents must live in California (live in California for at least 6 months and in the county for at least 3 months).

 The purpose of a Paternity Action is to establish who the biological father is, and to address custody, visitation and support for the child or children. If fatherhood is in question, we can request a Paternity Test in the petition. Today, blood and DNA tests can determine paternity as well as rule out paternity.

Note:  If, after purchase, you decide to cancel your order and not have a consultation with the attorney, you will get a full refund upon request.  If you have had a consultation with the attorney and state to the attorney that you do not wish to proceed, you will get a refund based on the amount paid minus $50 for the consultation.
