This package includes a Financial Power of Attorney as well as an Advanced Healthcare Directive.  Most people require both Powers of Attorney.  This package will ensure that if you were incapacitated or unable to make these decisions for yourself, the trusted person(s) you nominate will be able to make these decisions on your behalf.

This package includes two types of Powers of Attorney: one is for financial decisions and the other is for medical decisions.

With a Financial Power of Attorney, you can stipulate who will handle your assets and take care of your financial needs if you become incapacitated or unable to make those decisions for yourself.

For medical decisions, an Advanced Healthcare Directive will designate a person to handle your health care decisions if you were unable to make these decisions for yourself.

With an Advanced Healthcare Directive, you can also decide the treatment you would receive in the event that you become ill or require life support. For example, if you choose not to be kept alive by life support, you can include this in the Health Care Directive.  You can also include decisions pertaining to medical treatment and care.  

Note:  If, after purchase, you decide to cancel your order and not have a consultation with the attorney, you will get a full refund upon request.  If you have had a consultation with the attorney and state to the attorney that you do not wish to proceed, you will get a refund based on the amount paid minus $50 for the consultation. If after the consultation with the attorney, you decide to proceed with your legal matter any refunds later requested will be considered based on the work that was done.  No request for a refund will be honored after 30 days.
