On average, our clients save at least $1,450 with this package!  Your consultaton with the Attorney will be scheduled within one business day of your purchase to ensure timely action.

Filing fee not included ($395 in most counties--this fee can be waived based on income)

NOTE: If you wish to have an Attorney at court, we can help for an additional low flat fee.

To protect your legal rights, Legal Action Workshop will advise you as to your legal options and prepare & file a Response for you.  Your Response can be filed in any county in California. Legal Action Workshop will file your Response to Divorce, prepare your disclosure statements and assist in serving your spouse.  When you or your spouse secures a trial date, you will then need a Trial Brief.  Legal Action Workshop can also prepare the Trial Brief for you.  Note that once you respond, you are now 'in the case' and can secure a trial date if your spouse fails to do so.  You also have the opportunity to agree with your spouse regarding your issues and thereby avoid a court appearance.  This is done by a Marital Settlement Agreement.  Your Attorney will explain.

Note:  If, after purchase, you decide to cancel your order and not have a consultation with the attorney, you will get a full refund upon request.  If you have had a consultation with the attorney and state to the attorney that you do not wish to proceed, you will get a refund based on the amount paid minus $50 for the consultation. If after the consultation with the attorney, you decide to proceed with your legal matter any refunds later requested will be considered based on the work that was done.  No request for a refund will be honored after 30 days.
