The Legal Action Workshop site is not intended to imply an attorney-client relationship. All individuals who purchase our products will have a conference with the attorney to validate the legal need and to receive legal advice.

Information on the Legal Action Workshop website is for information purposes only and not intended to be legal advice. The consultation with the attorney will be the legal advice that you will receive, hence once a purchase is made and a consultation with the attorney is initiated, then an attorney-client relationship exists.

By purchasing a Legal Action Workshop divorce, legal separation, annulment or paternity action, you are representing yourself and using our attorney-assisted method. By using this method, you receive consultations with the attorney as well as legal documents prepared, filed and served as needed. Your name appears on the paperwork as ‘attorney of record’.

By using our attorney-assisted method, you receive attorney oversight and advice and are assured that your documents are prepared correctly. Court appearances, if needed, are additional.

In addition, Legal Action Workshop offers document preparation in the form of responses to divorce or paternity, name changes, as well as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney all for low flat fees. You will have consultations with the attorney and professional preparation of your documents. 

Once you pay for one or more of our services, you will be contacted same or next business day to arrange for a consultation with one of our attorneys. Consultation can be by phone or in person as is convenient. In either case, the attorney will assess your particular legal concerns and prepare the necessary documents. We include a description for each legal service that we offer.

Refund Policy

If the client feels that the legal action requested is unnecessary or not needed, a refund will be given based on the following:

• When a client purchases one of our products online and then wishes to stop the process prior to a consultation with the attorney—a full refund will be given
• When a client purchases one of our products online, has a consultation with the attorney and then does not wish to proceed (tells the attorney that he/she does not wish to continue after or during the consultation), a  full refund minus $50 for the consultation will be given
• When a client purchases one of our products online, has a consultation with the attorney and wishes to proceed—(he/she may get questionnaires by email, mail or while in an office), the following will apply:

1.        If a consultation and questionnaires were given (even if questionnaires are not filled out or handed in) a refund minus $50 + $75 (-$125) will be given.

2.       If other work has been done such as initial paperwork, filings, serving etc. Legal Action Workshop will determine the refund based on the work performed.

3.       No refund will be given after 30 days.
