I had an administrative change that required that I complete legal paperwork and submit it to court. My only experience with the legal system was showing up for jury duty — I really had no idea where to start. I had just started a new job, so I could not take time off work to take care of this, so I found LAW online and I was quickly contacted soon after. I spoke with one of their lawyers once, and he answered all of my questions, but 95% of my correspondence was with Samantha (and for a short time, with Ana). They were always available via e-mail and phone to answer any additional questions and to walk-me through the entire process. I’ve never met with anyone in person at LAW, but their care and know-how didn’t make it an issue. It was almost as if there was someone by my side the whole time. I would definitely recommend their services.
