A Request for Order has a number of purposes:1.temporary orders for spousal support, child support or custody & visitation while a Divorce or Legal Separation is in process
2.temporary orders for child support, custody & visitation while a paternity action is in process (once a Petition to Establish Parental Relations is filed)
3.changes to existing court orders for spousal support or child custody, visitation or supportLegal Action Workshop can prepare, file and serve your Request for Order for a low flat rate of $550 plus filing fee to the court.
