If the client and/ or attorney feel that the legal action requested is unnecessary or not needed, a refund will be given to the client as follows:
- When a client purchases one of our products online and then wishes to stop the process PRIOR to a consultation with the attorney—a full refund will be given
- When a client purchases one of our products online, has a CONSULTATION with the attorney and then does NOT wish to proceed—a full refund minus $200 for the consultation will be given
- When a client purchases one of our products online, has a consultation with the attorney and wishes to proceed, Legal Action Workshop will email questionnaires and begin the process of the purchased legal matter. A refund may be requested within 30 days of the purchase. In this instance, Legal Action Workshop may, at its own discretion, offer a refund. A refund is dependent upon a number of factors, namely amount of work prepared, consultation time as well processing time.
